Hal Strich is a faculty member in the Department of Family and Community Medicine. He serves as Associate Director for the MD-MPH Dual Degree program, Associate Director for the Immunity and Infection Block, and Thread Manager for the ArizonaMed medical curriculum.  Mr. Strich teaches coursework in public health, epidemiology, and community health planning. Mr. Strich has worked as Epidemiologist for the Pima County Health Department, and Executive Director of the Navajo Health Systems Agency, the health planning agency for the Navajo Nation. Mr. Strich received his MPH in Epidemiology from the University of Texas; and has completed coursework towards completion of a DrPH at the University of California at Berkeley in Health Policy and Planning, as well as EIS (Epidemiologic Intelligence Service) training with the CDC.
