Career Story:
I went to undergrad at Duke University, where I studied Theater and Earth/Ocean Sciences (Geology rocks!). After that, I spent a year teaching high school in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. I went to medical school at MUSC in the lovely coastal town of Charleston. After residency at The University of Arizona Family Medicine Program, I took a faculty position in Cleveland, OH where I am currently.
Favorite Recreational Activity:
When time permits, I enjoy hiking, biking, and camping in other areas with my husband, who is also a residency graduate at the U of A.
Personal Story:
I was born and raised in South Carolina, but most people say that I don't have a southern accent.
