Dr. Millward completed his fellowship in Sports Medicine and residency in Family Medicine at the University of Arizona. He received his degree in medicine from the University of Ottawa, Canada. He is board certified in Family Medicine and eligible for the Certificate of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine. He received his master’s degree in Epidemiology from Michigan State University. Dr. Millward specializes in providing care for athletes and sports teams.
