Dr. Patsch received her medical degree from her home state at the University of Nevada School of Medicine and completed her Family Medicine Residency at USC-PIH Family Medicine Residency Program in Southern California. Dr. Patsch has spent much of her career since in clinical practice and has held teaching and leadership positions in medical education and resident physician training settings. Dr. Patsch holds three advanced training Fellowship certifications, one through the University of Southern California in teaching, the second through the Institute of Healthcare Improvement in patient care quality and safety, and most recently, a Fellowship in Integrative Medicine through the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine. Dr. Patsch is an Associate Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine. She practices outpatient integrative family medicine and serves as a faculty supervisor for the Family Medicine residents at the Alvernon Family Medicine site. Dr. Patsch’s interests in health care remain in integrative medicine, medical education, and patient quality/safety. In her spare time, Dr. Patsch enjoys movies, travelling to new places, and having adventures with her husband, four small children, and two rescue dogs.
