Where are you from? Tucson, AZ
Why did you choose UA Family Medicine? I really enjoyed working with the faculty and residents during medical school at the U of A and love the idea staying in Tucson with family and friends. The integrative focus and patient centered care is how I want to train as a physician.
What are you most excited about for life in Tucson? Finding new parts of the city I have yet to explore, hike more trails, and be involved in the community as a new physician.
What are your interests or hobbies outside of Medicine? Cycling, gardening, yoga, and live music.
What are your professional interests within Medicine? Integrative medicine, mind / body medicine, hospice and palliative care, and sports medicine / massage.
Favorite way to spend a day off? I like to sleep, read, cook and be around good people. Walking down to a concert or dance party and having a good meal out with friends is a pretty great day off for me.
Top item on your "Bucket list"? Play electric bass as a studio musician for the next Daft Punk album.
